Commerce Connector
Znode’s commerce connector is middleware that allows administrators to extend the platform more easily to integrate into ERPs and other business systems. Administrators can configure each touchpoint by setting up either a real-time or batch data exchange.

Order Management
Administrators and CSRs can manage quotes, orders and return requests placed by customers; and CSRs can then create, edit, and delete orders from the administration console. CSRs may also address questions and issues related to orders and accounts.

Digital Asset Management

Administrators can create accounts for companies, as well as User Profiles for groups of users associated with a company. User Profiles are used to display specific content pages, catalogs, approvals and budgets, as well as shipping and payment methods to the associated user of an account.

Distributors and manufacturers require the capabilities to offer complex of the products to customers. Through Znode's unlimited attribution capabilities complex products are able to managed and displayed in all variations.
Complex Pricing Engine
Easily set multiple pricing levels, contract pricing, tier pricing, UOM-based pricing, multi-currency pricing, or batch and real-time pricing from the ERP. Specific pricing can also be set at the Store, Account, Profile and User levels.
Quote Management
Customers can easily submit a cart as a quote request and convert a quote to an order from the webstore. Administrators can create and manage quotes in the admin console
